Subject: [Optigold ISP] Install
Hello:
I have been test driving Optigold ISP in a single user setting with the
Runtime version of FileMaker Pro. Since the original install of
Optigold, I
have since purchased FileMaker Pro. I am not trying to use Optigold in
the
multi-user setup. However, I am unable to get it to install correctly.
On each of my machines, I receive the following error:
"Web Files and/or Plug-Ins Not Installed.
Make sure this machine has FileMaker Pro properly installed and try
again."
The installer then quits and takes me back to my desktop. Am I missing
something? I scoured the mailing list archive but was unable to find
anything related to my situation. I did find a post several years back
that
resulted in Shawn reissuing the installer. I would guess it is safe to
assume that my problem is not the same as the previous users.
Thank you for your assistance.
