Search Again: Account Class "ALL" From: Michael Baird Date: Wednesday, December 31, 2003 Time: 7:19:54 am We've recently started using the account class functionality of optigold. I've got some products that I wish to appear to all account classes, and my understanding was I could just specify the class ALL, in order for this product to be selectable by all clients. This is not the case (Optigold 3.25), specifying "ALL"(without the quotes), does not result in the product being available for the customer. If I go ahead and specify all of the account classes for each product it does work, they can be added as a billing item, needless to say I'd rather not do that, and just specify ALL for the product codes that I don't want to be class specific.
