Search Again: product quantity From: Aaron Lynch Date: Thursday, January 1, 2004 Time: 10:59:59 am I have a product for 'additional email account' If I add this product to a customer's billing cycle, the number of emails they are allowed to have increases by one. However, if I add this product with a quantity of 4, the number of emails they are allowed increases by just one???? Something similar happens with time, if I have a product that has one month, a quantity of 12 will not give them a year's credit,just a month.
