I see similar behaviour. I'm using EMatters as a gateway, and I=
can't recall it ever working. The only thing I can think of is=
that we launch card billing manually ("Bill Customers" option)=
rather than having it fully automated.

I can think of recent examples where the transaction return code=
was "3" (Declined) where this didn't work. It's not a biggie=
for us, but maybe this is helpful.
