I never set it up to create slave accounts on the web for the following
reason...
Slave accounts are billing through the master account.
So I could signup an account and then just pick any arbitrary account
that already exists to pay for my service. Definately not something I
want to add to the web interface. That would be a nightmare.
Probably a better idea would be to use the "referred by" field and then
you can credit their account with a referral (whatever you define in the
referral preferences).
Because if you set them up as a slave account, the master account would
be the one paying for the slave accounts too.
