Is there a way to print out a record of payments for a particular
customer?

Thanks,

Is the printed invoice configurable? If not, can you please change it so
that there is a spot for the customer to fill in the CCV(2) code number?
Our bank has begun to give us a slight discount for each authorization
that includes a CCV(2) code. With the current printed invoice there is
no place for the customer to include the CCV(2) code on the payment
stub. Thanks

three
times and I believe the file is corrupted.. Can you have a look?

Thanks.

Heya-

I'd like to be able to link an email to a cancelled account.
We frequently receive confirmation of cancellation for outsourced
services after we have cancelled the user account in OptiGold.

I'm using OptiGold 3.1.2 and can only link to active accounts.
Has this been dealt with in later versions or would it be possible to
add?

We are looking for the following information to print out, but we're not
able to figure out how to obtain the information.

We need to find customers who are NOT being billed for taxes (this
includes
tax exempt customers and our website accounts that are not being charged
tax) for each month. We will need a report of those customers and we
also
need to see the invoice that goes with that account.

Any ideas? We need an answer as soon as possible on this, if you could
be so
kind to help us out.

Thanks!

Yeah.. got it. The file didn't have the .gz extension so I thought it
was
just a tar.

Thanks :)

Well, what if the customer has more than one invoice?

If you simply want it to show based on invoices (instead of specific
customers), your best bet would be to run the product sales report for
non-taxable products for whatever date range you want..

No... the problem with that is a new customer could be using the login
of an
old canceled customer.

Now, if it's auto-linking based on an email address on the customer's
Services screen or in their override email address, it will link up
regardless if they are canceled or not. It's just when manually linking
based on login that it wouldn't work.

Thought I would be nice to our users, and mark the check number they
gave us on the receipt that I send out. Worked great, until I did a
receipt for a CC. Duh, the entire CC is printed on the receipt.

Is there a way to make that not happen Shawn? The field in "Post
Payment" has "Check, Bank, CC#" and auto CC charged of course fill in
that field.... =20

Perhaps a different field for the CCs?

Or a short "if the number is a CC number, then don't print all but the
last 4 digits?"

Subject: Resending Invoices

Hi Shawn,

I'm sure someone has come across this one before but not sure if it can
be
fixed. When chasing up accounts, I resend outstanding invoices to
customers.
On the previous invoices that are still open, the balance due is the
balance
of all the outstanding invoices. It makes it quite confusing for
customers
when you send a couple. Is there a way to change this?

Cheers,
