the point has been argued several times as you might find in the achives
I am sure Shawn can put it right.
From what I recall, is that if cancelled customers did not use a license
then the cost per license would be higher. It is also a way of facilitating
free upgrades of Optigold.
If you search the archives you will find that the logic behind it kind of
makes sense.
