Hi Ron,
When using the stock pages do you get the page that asks for the user to
chose the phone number? If not take a look at Maintenance & Preferences -
Web Interface Setup - Online Signup - CD Signup - Show All Dialup Numbers
(Yes/No).

This is the only thing I had to do to have the stock pages show and pass
the dialup numbers.
