This is why I can't use MAPI to do this. Otherwise, all outbound mail
requests a return receipt. However, it does work quite well for our
customers when it IS on. Hence, my suggestion to make it up to the
respective OG user to use it or not.
I too hate it when people post return receipts to mailing lists and have
done so accidentally myself at times. I don't see how this applies though
as users would be returning mail to an account that I define. Since the
only way to track if someone has read the email is return receipts I really
don't see any other solution. Do you have another suggestion?
