Okay in my account preferences I have this:
Business 30 30 2 30 60
Individual 20 20 2 30 60
etc .............
Lets say for business ABC their exp. date is 9/1/98. So from the settings
above, will they get invoiced on 8/1/98 and payment is due by 9/1/98. Past
due notices will go out 2 days after exp. date which would be 9/3/98. Then
say on 10/1/98 they would get put on hold and then canceled on 11/1/98 if
not payment has been received.
Is they above correct? If not please lay it out with the numbers I have.
Basically I want to give personal accounts 20 days to pay and business 30
days.
Then, how does the "Adjust Due Date Compared to Exp. Date" affect all this?

If all that is confusing, then here is what I want to do:
I have gone through and entered all of our customer info. I have not
created any invoices yet. I put everyones establish dates at 8/1/98, also
I believe this makes their Exp. dates the same. I want to start invoicing
our customers on 8/1/98. As above I want personal accounts due in 20 days
and business in 30. Everyone will get billed on the first of every month.
After this starts, new user will be prorated if they do not sign up on the
first of a month.
Which ever is easiest to explian to me on how to setup it up correctly if
fine with me.
Thanks
Alan
