Try downloading QuickDNS Manager 4.5.1 and using the version of the
script that shipped with that version. It should work fine with
QuickDNS Manager 4.0.

Unfortunately, it looks like the version of the script included with
QuickDNS Manager 4.6 is the 4.0 version. :p
