Mmmmm... I don't think so. The runtime does it automatically only
because you can't open anything else with the runtime.
When you launch FileMaker Pro though, you can open any FileMaker Pro
document, so it doesn't open any single one first.
I suppose you could double click (or make a shortcut to) the MainMenu.USR
file, because if it tries to open it and the file is in use, it will
attempt to open it across the network then.
