Ticket Tracking

Hi,

I am new to Optigold and am trying to figure out how the Ticket tracking
system of Optigold works. I had a few questions and would appreciate it if
someone could answer them.
The end system is a Mac.
1) Which settings have to be set to receive mail through the "Check Email
Now" icon in the Company Manager Section of Optigold. I have set the smtp
address but couldn't find any settings to receive mail.
2) Can the emails be queued separately on the basis of the subject or any
other field
3) How to assign the emails to separate employees
