1.2.x is the best version to use...

Authorize.Net requires the transaction ID of the charge you are crediting
back. So in order for Optigold to do it, the most recent payment on the
customer's account must have a transaction ID in the notes (click on it to
go view the details of the payment). That is the "original transaction ID"
that Optigold sends with the credit request.
