The SQL based usage pulling can be defined under Maintenance & Preferences
-> General Preferences -> Usage -> SQL Hooks

All events should be done as new style events... and they are all defined
(including billing cycle events) under Maintenance & Preferences -> Server
Events Setup -> New Style Events
