Hi Avi, OptiSkin (the web interface I wrote for OptiGold) has been extended by various folks to do some of what you mention above. As it comes in both PHP and ASP flavors, it can be extended quite easily by most ISP's existing tech staff. Here at the ISP I run, we've integrated some of our external systems with it to allow xDSL customers to view static IPs addresses provisioned, and to allow Colo customers to view bandwidth graphs (via cacti+rrdtool).
