You have it all right except for column 2. Set it to zero if you want
payments to be due on their expiration date.

It doesn't. The adjustment is ONLY cosmetic on the invoice return stub.

Just keep in mind that a customer's expiration date is the date they have
paid up THROUGH. So if you want to invoice them on 8/1/98 and have
payment due on 9/1/98, their expiration date should be 9/1/98. If
everyone has an expiration date of 8/1/98, Optigold ISP is going to think
everyone needs an invoice NOW because payment is due on 8/1/98.
