Perfect scenarios for them is adding a third parameter for their reporting somthing like this: Scenario 1 checkbox Full Detail (otherwise its a summary) to "Yes" Summarize By: Date & Type Have an LOV of "Only for Account Class" (Similar to your "Product Sales Report Options") Scenario 2 checkbox Full Detail (otherwise its a summary) to "Yes" Summarize By: Type & Date Have an LOV of "Only for Account Class" (Similar to your "Product Sales Report Options") If this is too complex we are open for ideas however need to break that report out by "Account Class" also.
