Two things,
1. We are attempting to use ICverify batch files for our CC processing.
How do we get the "credit card declined" letters to go out after we import
the return file from ICverify? I have the following settings
Autosend Decline Letter yes
Autosend Decline Letter from Payment Que yes
The decline letter is not being sent. I've checked the mail server smtp log
as well as the "SMTP Mail Log.txt" file in the filemaker java extensions
folder. Neither has any record of sending these emails.
2. Since the declines did not go out automatically, I decided to manually
send them to each decline from the letter library. Several went out just
fine, but, we sent one to a non-existant account (already deleted from the
mail server), and the log file put the following entry in to the SMTP mail
log.txt file
2004-02-03 10:47:27 1 NOT_DELIVERED mont64@volstate.net office@volstate.net
Credit Card Declined
From that point on, no mail is delivered from within Optigold. The audit
trail shows the letters sent, but the SMTP mail log.txt file does not, and
the mail server logs show no letters after this entry.
What is wrong?
