Yes, the address and Company info is correct on PRINTED receipts. On
electronic (email) receipts which is 99.9% of what is most commonly used, it
does not display any of that information at all, not even a phone number.
So, we cant list phone numbers, hours, account management URLs, referral
credit information on it at all. Does that make sense? Basically all we
can put on the receipt is "Thanks for paying" instead of "If you have any
questions please call xxx-xxxx" or "check your account online at www..." or
anything else like that. I guess what I'm after is a company receipt
setting for multiple companies.
