If you get anywhere with your research on this subject, could you please
forward some pointers to me? I'm in the exact same situation.
Thanks,

Subject: [Optigold-ISP] NEWBIE almost :)
I JUST downloaded the Trial version of OptiGold and must say I am
OVERWHELMED with it's power that it seems to have !
It appears to be JUST what I have been looking for. NOW, let me see what
advise I can get from this list <grin>
I am currently doing a LOT of double entries. I am using WIN NT 4.0 SP 4
I have my UserManager on the Primary Domain Controller. "naturally"
I am using NTPAYMASTER on a Backup Domain Controller " ONLY used for
EMAIL BILLING "
I am using QuickBooks Pro for my PRIMARY accounting on a WIN98 Workstation,
the "admin" machine"..
I use QB as my primary Accounting Program... NT Paymaster is used ONLY
to send out monthly email billing since QuickBooks doesn't have that built
in YET ! As it is now, I have to post entries in QuickBooks, NtPaymaster,
PLUS update my Usermanager for every account.. every month :(
First, is there an EASY way to transition to OptiGold from this
rediculous system I am using now? Quite honestly, I am tired of all the
double entries I have to make each month/day... And, if there is SOME way
to make a smooth transition, what are the steps I would need to follow, from
beginning to end :)
Thanks in advance for any constructive help I can get in my evaluation of
OptiGold.
Sincerely,
Glen Rushing
