Search Again: Account Class Question From: Todd Date: Thursday, February 26, 2004 Time: 3:41:37 pm I am trying to setup Optigold so that a reseller can use web interface to view their customer info, including broadband info as well as create new customers online. In the web prefs for the employee, I've checked "Can only access customers with account class... I have created products for them and put their account class in "Product specific to account class" field. How do I allow them to create new customers and see the products specific to their account class without those products showing up on the general online signup page?
