The employee (reseller) is using isp.html interface (only way I saw to allow them to see broadband info). The only way I could get the employee to have any services available in the 'create customer' pull down is if I enable them in the Online Signup Web Preferences and when I do that, they also show up in the add.html interface that our direct customers see.
