Offer Code After SignupFrom: Callie Drummond Date: Thursday, March 4, 2004
Time: 9:26:57 amI couldn't find anything in the knowledgebase about this so forgive me
if it's a repeat question...
The offer code works great when we put it in at the time the customer is
signing up but sometimes our customer service rep forgets to put in that
code at the time of sign up. Without making it mandatory, how do you
add an offer code for that customer after they have already been added
to the system?
