Hello Mitch,

a MX Record entry must point to a name, not to an IP Address. A solution
would be to create a Host (A) Record entry for the IP Address
216.120.196.22, like

newmail.worldoffloors.com. A 216.120.196.22

and let the MX Record point to this new name:

worldoffloors.com. MX 10 newmail.worldoffloors.com.
