payment.

Subject: [Optigold ISP] Quick Book payment import
Hi,
Does anyone know how to automatically apply payments when you import data
into QuickBooks. Currently I have to go (in quick books) and manually apply
each payment to the matching Invoice. (Quick books show a balance due in
reports of $0 for each customer but it doesnt automatically aopply the
payment an close the invoice. I have to go in, and select each payment and
select which invoice it goes to, and save the changes. Its ok for smaller
imports, but a real pain in the ass for large ones - like the first of the
month)
