From: Jeff Justice Date: Thursday, March 25, 2004 Time: 1:36:55 am I am having some trouble with a list provider unsubscribing an account because they say they can't reach our mail server. They say that their bounce software tries for 3 days before it automatically unsubscribes it. Now I know our site is not unreachable for 3 days in a row, so I'm asking two things: 1. Is there a possibility that we have some number set too high/low in our DNS, and some DNS servers might be dropping our record? 2.
