Time: 4:23:02 pmIt is in fact just a TXT message. Don't put the quotes into QuickDNS,
but otherwise, you should be able to get it right by simply using the
wizard on their site. For example, for menandmice.com, we would add
the following records:
menandmice.com. TXT "v=spf1 a:mail.menandmice.is -all"
mail.menandmice.is. TXT "v=spf1 a -all"
Obviously, these records go in different zones.
To enter these records into QuickDNS, we would simply create the
appropriate TXT records, omitting the quotes.
