Upgrade the operating system first. Then fix the problem caused by
the operating system upgrade. Most likely, this can be done as
follows:

sudo -s
mv /etc/named.conf /etc/named.conf.mmsaved
mv /etc/named.conf.applesaved /etc/named.conf
exit

(Some customers have reported the installer creating a different
problem. If there's no "/etc/named.conf.applesaved", you have a
different problem.)

Then upgrade QuickDNS.
