Just having "ICVerify" chosen isn't producing it. Because, as I had said in my earlier email: "ICVerify is currently checked - we've been using ICVerify and Optigold for several years now. The batch file that is exported does not currently include the customers' address and zip. We have not used address verification, but want to start doing so. I can't seem to locate an option that allows this additional information (address and zip) to be pulled into the batch file. " Here's what is currently being pulled (with x's substituting for the actual numbers: "C1","admin","5163","601100467069XXXX","0703","130.00" Note that there is no customer name, no address and no zip.
