Depending on the situation we can use the ON DELETE CASCADE. When we =
want to delete the parent record automatically the child records also =
deleted when we use the ON DELETE CASCADE.
Thanks

Subject: [Oracle] ON DELETE CASCADE command
I'm a little confused... so i'd like to ask what may sound like a =
strange=20
question.
When creating tables and using constaints such as primary key , foreign =
key,=20
unique key and check key would you aways use after the foreign key=20
constraint the ON DELETE CASCADE command or is there only certain =
specific=20
instances where this should and should not be used ?
thanks
JJ
