I wouldn't feel the need to resend a message if your support personnel
would make the extra effort to put together a detailed response in
something approaching a timely fashion. It gets a little frustrating to
send an email, wait a day for a response only for it to be a half-assed
response which doesn't answer the question. Leaving me to send another
message with the hopes that a detailed response would be forthcoming so
that I could take care of the problem I have encountered rather than
spending several days attempting to get an answer that might be of some use.
