I have seen it run on some Windows machines, but for no particular reason.
The highest percentage of Windows machines that run both processes
concurrently seem to be dual processor machines with dual NIC cards (even if
only one is in use). But I've seen it work okay on single CPU machines with
a single NIC. And then I've also seen it not work on dual processor
machines with dual NICs.
