There is not a way to alter the internal ICVerify format, but you can create
your own format under the Custom button (in Billing Preferences). So
something like:

"C1","<Employee>","<CustomerID","<CreditCard>","<ExpDateMo><ExpDateYr>","<Am
ount>","<Address>","<ZipCode>"

...would be the normal ICVerify format... at which point you could add
<Name> or whatever other variables you see fit.
