Re: QDNS 3.5.3 Randomly Stops RespondingFrom: Men & Mice Support Date: Monday, April 19, 2004
Time: 8:38:03 amCertainly upgrade the OS to at least 8.6, preferably 9.1 or later.
8.5.1 had problems; although I don't remember specifically what the
problems were, I do remember that Open Transport saw some significant
changes after 8.5.1.
My recollection is that 8.6 was very stable, and 9.1 was rock-solid.
I don't have as much faith in 9.2.2 as in 9.1.
There is no newer version of QuickDNS 3.x, nor is there likely to be
any further update to QuickDNS for classic Mac OS.
