Boy, is my face red.

Because my registrar does not ask for name server IP addresses, only the hostnames, I assumed, incorrectly, that I did not need to update anything at the registrar. I just enter the host names and, presumably, they do a lookup for the IP addresses.

Apparently, I need to delete my name servers, then add them back in, to force a new lookup, otherwise the registrar won't know there are new IP addresses for the servers. Gads, this 'convenience' (the lookup, so I don't have to enter the IPs manually) is really no help at all. If they'd always asked for the server IPs, I'd have *known* I needed to update them manually.
