I couldn't really say with any certainty.
How many DNS queries does QuickDNS get, over what period of time? You
can check this in the server's statistics window.
A 233 MHz machine running classic Mac OS should be able to handle
several hundred recursive queries per second, but I'm not sure what
the response time ends up being (assuming bandwidth isn't an issue).
If bandwidth becomes restricted, then you start to have real problems.
You may need to run LetterRip on a slower machine, or find some way
to slow it down. Maybe lowering its number of simultaneous outbound
SMTP connections would help, or maybe not. I would probably start by
lowering this to 25 or so, to see if that makes a difference.
