I have been having problems with billing my credit card customers for 2
months, this will be the third billing cycle. Prior to this, I was able
to process payments with no problems. When I say bill customers, credit
card- it goings through the list browsing and then it asks do you want
to see the cards that were not approved, I click yes and the report
shows the first 30 as Plug-In Errors and then 3 declined payment by
payment processing network, ONE CARD PROCESSED, and the remaining 30 say
Contact Payment Gateway. I have contacted the Payment Gateway, and they
said that if any get through the problem is with my program. I have
written numerous requests for assistance through this isp-list-and have
received no response. Please give me something to work with, what can I
try next. We are running Version 3.3.
