From: Kenneth Kirksey Date: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 Time: 5:28:06 pm In the installation instructions for QuickDNS 3.5 for OS 9 it says to put t= he ip address of the machine running the QuickDNS server in the "Name Serve= r Addr" field in the TCP/IP control panel. Our DNS is running behind a NAT= router, so it's IP address is non-routable, 192.168.1.252. The router send= s DNS traffic to 68.115.129.21 to that machine. So should I put the public = or private address in the TCP/IP settings on that machine? Thanks! Ken
