Search Again: ParseMR Problem From: C Johnson Date: Monday, May 3, 2004 Time: 10:21:02 am I am having a problem with the ParseMR file. I am trying to parse the Radius logs to import usage into OptiGold and I was successful last week with this. I think I may have caused a problem though. I imported all of April's usage into March 2004 in OptiGold. I should have changed the field to April but I slipped up and missed that step in the process. What I thought I would do is re-import March's log and then import the one for April again with the correct month. The problem I am having is when I try to import the March or April radius file into ParseMR it appears to be importing the records, but after it is done, the records show "0" and when you click "View" nothing appears. This is not the same result I had the last time I tried this. Is there something the ParseMR adds to the Radius logs that only allows it to be imported into the ParseMR file once? Or does anyone have any suggestion or comment on why this is doing what it is? Any help is appreciated. Craig Johnson Internet Engineer InSoft, Inc.
