I'm challenged with the task of a report that shows the date a Billing Cycle Item was added to an account, meaning that customer A has part number 3, then they decide to upgrade to part 4..I want to see when part 4 was added to their account. I know I can export data out however wondering if anyone knows if this info (of when part 4 was added to their account) is stored somewhere? Needing to generate a report quickly..thanks a bunch.
