Search Again: FW: Usage problem From: Stuart Clark Date: Wednesday, May 12, 2004 Time: 4:46:53 pm Hi Shawn We changed our users from Extent to Optigold. The users all have different Expiry Dates. The old usage from Extent was added to the usage line May. I then completed the invoicing and billing. When I look at the customer's usage now, some of the customers who were billed have a cross in "usage billed" and some do not have the cross. Does the flag "usage billed" go away after more usage is imported for May? Because all my users have different expiry dates I am wanting to bill them for usage based on their anniversary month. EG one user's anniversary dates may be 04/04/04 - 05/03/04 they would be billed for Meg overusage between these dates. Another user may be 04/12/04 - 05/11/04 they would be billed for overusage between these dates I just can't work out how to do this. Is it possible? If not what's the alternative? How should I set the following items?
