Define "simple". You can restrict recursion, so that unauthorized
hosts won't be able to use your server for general DNS lookups, but
everyone will still be able to request your records from your server.

That poses a problem. You may want to find a VPN solution, or have
your home users use their ISP's DNS servers instead.

Copy and paste blocks of records from the old QuickDNS Pro Admin into
the new QuickDNS Manager. Other than that, unless you want to write
some AppleScript, or unless you have a copy of QuickDNS 3.x for
classic Mac OS available, you'll have to recreate your zones.
