We use the email manager for support (auto assigns tickets, links to customer NICE!). The system as it sits now, doesn't allow us to read html email that is received. So I figured we would forward the email to a mailbox outside of support to read these. Here is where the problem is: 1. The email never shows up at the detination mailbox, here is the error gernerated in the sendmail logs: "collect: premature EOM: Error 0 collect: unexpected close on connection from (ip address)" 2. Are there updated verions of OG that will allow the reading of html email?
