I have billing actions setup for my Webhosting/Extra Email product codes, and when the customer is cancelled the site is cancelled also according to a server action I have setup. I want the domain/email info to remain in the services tab though, I was thinking the option I checked would stop them from being removed, but that is not the case. What needs to happen for this to work the way I would like?
