We are bringing up the web interface to allow our customers access to their
accounts. I do agree that this is cludgy. That is why I say that the design
process has to be careful to rethink what is needed. A technician needs
different information and flow than a user might need accessing their
account.

I would hope development would listen to technicians like yourself to come
to a better support interface for the web.
