sudo rndc refresh zone.name

or

sudo rndc reload zone.name

I'm not sure which version you'll need to use. Probably refresh will
work; reload will almost certainly work.

Of course, if you don't mind it taking a little longer, you could
replace all of the rndc commands with this one:

sudo rndc reload

That takes care of the reconfig, and it takes care of reloading each
affected zone (and every other zone, too). If you don't have too many
zones (a few hundred or less), this shouldn't take too long.
