Shawn (or anyone on the list);
I seem to have gone blank on how to do this.
We have a billing product that our users can buy by the month , or 6 months,
or year. The month product is no problem, but the 6 month and year problem
are causing us to pull our hair out. How do we set up the product so that
it will bill once every six months ( or 12 ) and not be rebilled each month.
We set up the time credit for 6 months 0 days 0 hours, and set it as a
billing cycle item. And that is fine for the first month but then the next
month it rebills again.
What am I missing or doing wrong here, we need to be able to add this
product to the users account and have it only bill every 6 months, but the
rest of the users product need to bill monthly as usual.
Help!!!!!
Sincerely
"Brain Dead"
