Go to the account you need to create a sub-account for, choose "Create =
sub-account" from the scripts menu. Opti will ask you if you want to =
duplicate all the info for that customer and create a sub-account. Say =
"Yes" then you can add the additional billing cycle to that account, =
with the ability to independantly place that billing cycle item on-hold, =
etc.
