Normally, a zone is unloaded if (a) it's disabled or deleted, or (b)
if a slave server's copy of a zone expires because it can't contact
the master server.

If you want us to troubleshoot the problem, contact support and give
us login credentials. We can probably solve, or at least diagnose,
the problem using either QuickDNS Manager or ssh.
